Sarah is a Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai DIFC office, where she supports corporate clients with a wide range of immigration matters. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the UAE, focusing on corporate immigration, talent mobility and multinational client portfolio management.
She has a proven track record advising Fortune 100 and multi-billion-dollar organizations, supporting their expansion in the region through strategic talent mobilization, regulatory compliance and operational excellence. She managed complex immigration programs across multiple UAE jurisdictions, including mainland and major free zones such as DIFC, DDA, DMCC and JAFZA and has successfully delivered large-scale relocation projects for more than 100 professionals overseeing each stage from planning through settlement.
Sarah is highly regarded for navigating evolving regulatory frameworks, designing compliant cross-jurisdictional strategies and advising multinational corporations on M&A-related immigration and workforce structuring. Known for her client-centric approach, she serves as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between global organizations and government authorities, building strong institutional relationships and ensuring seamless outcomes. She has also led crisis-response mobility initiatives, including emergency relocations during geopolitical disruptions, safeguarding both business continuity and employee welfare.
