Sophie is a Manager at Fragomen’s Dublin office, with more than six years of Irish immigration experience. She supports clients navigate their complex and challenging immigration needs and focuses on all aspects of Irish immigration law, including employment permits, visa applications, residency applications and family reunification.

Sophie has extensive experience assisting with trusted partnership applications, TUPE/TOU transfers and compliance matters with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) and long-term personal immigration applications with the Immigration Service Delivery (ISD) and the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB). She also provides advice and recommendations on process improvements to immigration procedures and wider global mobility processes.

Sophie assists a diverse range of clients from a range of sectors including professional services, engineering, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, aviation and IT, as well as Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses.

Prior to her current role, Sophie worked at the Fragomen London office where she dealt with UK employment-based immigration applications. Before joining Fragomen, Sophie worked at a Big Four firm in an anti-money laundering and compliance team.
