Fragomen is pleased to announce the election of eight new Partners and the promotion of one Of Counsel, effective July 1, 2018. Half of these new Partners are women, which is reflective of Fragomen’s #1 ranking in the National Law Journal’s Women in Law Scorecard for the seventh consecutive year.

Fragomen, Jr., Chairman of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. “This exceptional group, which includes four women Partners and one Of Counsel, continues to honor Fragomen’s commitment to diversity, which is fundamental to our core values and tremendous success as a firm.”

Sarah Anstey, Partner (New York, NY) –Sarah practices exclusively in the area of corporate immigration law representing a diverse portfolio of clients. Sarah has significant experience advising corporate clients on pre-transaction and post-transaction immigration strategy related to corporate reorganization. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan.

Hans Benson, Partner (Frankfurt, Germany) –Hans oversees client engagements for worldwide services and serves as a strategic partner to clients in program management. He advises clients on global immigration matters and manages multi-jurisdictional queries while collaborating with Fragomen's worldwide offices. Hans earned his Juris Doctor from University of New Hampshire School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.

Janora Hawkins, Partner (Atlanta, GA) –Janora has a wide and extensive array of experience in corporate and family-based immigration. She provides strategic legal counsel to clients across all industries and cross-sectors in connection with nonimmigrant visas, corporate restructuring, I-9 compliance, lawful permanent residence, naturalization, and consular processes. Janora is dedicated to the firm's pro bono initiatives through board memberships and attorney representation. Janora earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, and Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from University of Southern Mississippi.

Daniel Humphreys, Partner (Boston, MA) –Daniel provides guidance on issues of global immigration program management. He has extensive experience in providing immigration legal advice for Fortune 500 corporations, medium-size enterprises and start-ups. He has over 15 years of experience providing strategic advice to clients in the energy and infrastructure, healthcare, aviation and technology sectors. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Legal Practice and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Archana Iyer, Partner (New York, NY) –Archana represents multinational corporate clients in all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship. She has experience handling the full range of business and family immigration activities. Archana earned her Master of Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY.

George Lester, Partner (Boston, MA) –George has extensive experience practicing in the field of U.S. immigration and nationality law, advising diverse U.S. and multinational companies seeking to hire foreign professionals, scientists, business persons and artists. George earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.

Charlotte Smith, Partner (New York, NY) – Charlotte advises clients in various industries, including financial services and engineering, on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, employment and family-based permanent residency applications and U.S. citizenship applications. Charlotte earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, magna cum laude, and Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University.

Christian Dallman, Partner (Troy, MI) –Christian is a Partner in Fragomen's Troy, Michigan office and assists in managing its daily operations. He has comprehensive experience partnering with his clients to develop strategic solutions to immigration challenges. Christian represents clients of various sizes and industries, including automotive, IT and health care. Christian earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Tulane University.

Pia Kappy, Of Counsel (New York, NY) –Pia provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories to multinational companies of various sizes in a variety of industries, including financial services and IT consulting. She also advises clients regarding the immigration implications of corporate mergers and acquisitions and I-9 employment verification. Pia earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan.
