The Directorate General of Immigration (DGI) has implemented a system access change requiring a one-time password for every portal login.

Foreign nationals and their employers are advised to review all registered email addresses linked to DGI portal accounts and update any email addresses that are no longer accessible or reliably monitored, and where possible, implement a dedicated shared mailbox with real-time access to support password retrieval and minimize disruptions to their visa and permit applications.
