Alisa is a Manager in Fragomen’s London office with over six years of experience in UK immigration and nationality law.

Alisa supports private clients and frequently advises high net worth individuals and their families on complex visa and nationality matters, EU law, discretionary applications outside the Immigration Rules and Tier 1 routes. Alisa has been involved in several high-profile international protection and human rights claims, refusals of immigration applications and subsequent appeals in both tiers of the Immigration Tribunals. She has broad experience in satellite litigation including judicial reviews in both the Upper Tribunal and Administrative Court.

Alisa works closely with family offices, entrepreneurs and third-party advisors providing tailored solutions regarding global citizenship and residency by investment programmes.

Alisa also has experience in managing large, high-volume corporate immigration accounts for a variety of clients, from start-ups to FTSE 100s across the FMCG, professional services and automotive sector. Alisa has directly supported Senior Executives and overseen the execution of holistic immigration and global mobility programmes in-line with tax and social security planning considerations.

Alisa speaks English and Russian.
