Ana Maria is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she provides comprehensive counsel to employers across diverse industries. She advises on a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, compliance and program management.
Ana Maria's proficiency extends beyond standard employment-based immigration processes to encompass Form I-9 compliance, religious worker petitions, federal litigation matters and unlawful presence waivers. Additionally, she regularly advises individuals on family-based immigration matters.
Drawing on her extensive experience, Ana Maria offers strategic guidance to employers and individuals, enabling them to navigate complex legal landscapes.
