Ana Maria is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Chicago office, where she provides comprehensive counsel to employers across diverse industries. She advises on a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, compliance and program management.
Ana Maria's proficiency extends beyond standard employment-based immigration processes to encompass Form I-9 compliance, religious worker petitions, federal litigation matters and unlawful presence waivers. Additionally, she regularly advises individuals on family-based immigration matters.
Drawing on her extensive experience, Ana Maria offers strategic guidance to employers and individuals, enabling them to navigate complex legal landscapes. Her multifaceted approach is also fundamental to the development and maintenance of effective immigration programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
