Mike is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices primarily in the area of corporate immigration law. Mike serves as a strategic partner to corporate clients, helping them hire and retain talented employees to meet their business needs. He represents clients in all aspects of U.S. immigration, including all major nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, H-1B1, O-1, P-1, J-1) and permanent residence (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, National Interest Waiver) categories. Mike also works with individuals and families on a variety of matters, including family-based green card applications, naturalization, humanitarian applications (TPS, DACA, Parole), student visas, investor visas and more.
Mike represents companies of all sizes across a variety of industries, including legal, financial services/fintech, IT services, artificial intelligence, automotive/AV, luxury fashion and retail, pharmaceutical and architecture, among others. He is an active member of the firm’s sports practice group, representing both major and emerging professional leagues, teams and athletes. Mike also represents higher education clients, advising colleges and universities of all sizes on their immigration programs.
Mike is a trusted advisor and partner to his clients’ global immigration teams, known for his ability to understand clients’ unique business needs and translate that into a comprehensive immigration strategy.
