Mike is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he practices primarily in the area of corporate immigration law. Mike represents companies of all sizes across a variety of industries, including consulting, law, architecture, technology, insurance and education. He counsels clients on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories.
Mike’s practice also extends to complex and individual immigration matters, including family-based immigration, investor visas (E-1, E-2 and EB-5) and naturalization.
Mike is passionate about his pro bono work. He represents children seeking immigration relief through Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, as well as men, women and children seeking asylum in the United States. He has also worked with pro bono clients on applications for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and Temporary Protected Status. He previously accompanied a team of Fragomen lawyers to a detention center in New Mexico to assist with bond hearings.
Mike speaks English and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French and Italian.
