With more than 35 years of technology experience across multiple industries, Paul oversees Fragomen’s information technology (IT) strategy and operations, focusing on developing and implementing IT systems, infrastructure and initiatives to enhance the firm’s efficiency and growth.
Paul is a proven strategic leader in providing IT services to a wide variety of industries and technology platforms. Throughout his career, he has provided strategy, design, project planning and management for IT-related services within global organizations, showcasing his experience in IT transformation and operations management.
Before joining Fragomen, he led a significant IT operating model transition at ADM, enabling transformative initiatives in processes and technologies. At Takeda Pharmaceuticals, he served as Vice President, Global Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations, where he ensured the successful globalization of technology operations. Earlier in his career, he held various, senior IT positions at Baxter Healthcare, Jones Lang LaSalle, Washington Mutual and IBM Global Services.
