Phong is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where he advises multinational clients on U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Phong practiced business immigration law with a mid-size law firm in the Midwest, where he primarily handled H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s and PERMs. He has also successfully responded to numerous U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests for Evidence and Department of Labor audits on labor certifications.
During law school, Phong assisted low-income clients as a Senior Certified Student Attorney in the University of Nebraska’s Immigration Clinic.
