Sara is a Manager and Hungarian qualified lawyer in Fragomen’s London office. She supports clients with strategic immigration advisory related to long- and short-term mobility solutions for workforce planning, as well as advisory related to crisis management (most recently, relocation of employees following the COVID-19 outbreak or the Ukraine-Russia crisis). Sara assists clients from a range of industries, particularly those in the financial, technology and oil and gas sectors. She also advises clients on the immigration requirements arising from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Sara is a member of Fragomen's dedicated Day One Compliance team, which provides strategic advice to clients to ensure compliance with posted worker and social security requirements. She helps clients build and implement internal processes, and adopt technology solutions to facilitate posted worker notifications across the EU.

Sara held previous positions at Fragomen including as an immigration consultant for a number of complex European locations such as Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, the Baltic countries and Greece. She also oversaw and coordinated global service delivery for a number of clients in her role as Client Services Advisor.

Sara obtained a PhD in European Law in 2020. Her research analyzed the legislative and practical challenges related to the regulation of posted workers in the EU, as well as the related case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
