She supports clients with strategic immigration advisory related to long- and short-term mobility solutions for workforce planning, as well as advisory related to crisis management (most recently, relocation of employees following the COVID-19 outbreak or the Ukraine-Russia crisis). Sara assists clients from a range of industries, particularly those in the financial, technology and oil and gas sectors. She also advises clients on the immigration requirements arising from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

Sara is a member of Fragomen's dedicated Day One Compliance team, which provides strategic advice to clients to ensure compliance with posted worker and social security requirements. She helps clients build and implement internal processes, and adopt technology solutions to facilitate posted worker notifications across the EU.
