As Chief Operating Officer, Vivek is responsible for the direction and oversight of Fragomen’s operations around the globe, including Fragomen Technologies Inc., the firm’s subsidiary focused on the nexus of law and technology. Vivek leverages his strong financial and technological acumen to help drive innovation and ensure the success of the firm’s short- and long-term global strategy.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Vivek spent more than 20 years with McKinsey, including 14 years as a Partner, where he led strategic and operational transformation of the world’s largest companies while helping drive the firm’s acquisitions, partnerships and alliances. Vivek previously held leadership roles at IBM, Credit Suisse First Boston and venture-backed technology start-ups.
