David is a Director based in Fragomen’s Frankfurt office. He is responsible for
managing the Consular and Document Practice locally and oversees the service
delivery of outbound business visas, consular and document services and passport
matters.
David was previously based in the Boston office where he practiced U.S. federal
immigration and nationality law and assisted both small and large multinational
corporate clients with a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.
While in law school, David was a student attorney in the Federal Appeals Clinic
and served as a Senior Note Editor for the Boston College Environmental Affairs
Law Review.
David has assisted in a number of pro bono cases, including the approval of
Temporary Protected Status for an individual from Sierra Leone.
