Oliver is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Frankfurt office. He delivers U.S.
consular services to people requiring support while abroad. Oliver liaises with
consular officials throughout the EMEA region on various immigration matters,
including business immigration visas, consular and document services, and U.S.
citizenship and passport matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Oliver practiced both family and business immigration
law. He worked at a mid-sized firm in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he
primarily handled Administrative Appeals Office appeals or motions and L-1,
H-1B, O-1 and EB-1 visa applications. After law school, Oliver clerked for
Justice Gordon L Moore prior to his appointment to the Minnesota Supreme Court.
During law school, he clerked for a boutique firm in Kansas City, Missouri for
two years, where he worked on pro bono asylum cases and interned at another
immigration law firm in Kansas City, Missouri and Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
Oliver speaks English and some Afrikaans.
