Fragomen and three individual Partners are shortlisted in a variety of categories for The Global Legal Post’s inaugural Women & Diversity in Law Awards.
The firm is shortlisted in the “Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative of the Year” category, recognising an initiative that has successfully promoted diversity, equity and inclusion related to mental health and wellbeing, and the “LGBT+ Initiative of the Year” category, highlighting an initiative that has successfully promoted diversity, equity and inclusion related to the LGBT+ community.
UK Managing Partner Nadine Goldfoot is shortlisted in the “Law Firm Leader of the Year - Large Law Firm” category, which recognises an exceptional leader who sets and delivers on strategic goals while also ensuring the business operates ethically and with integrity, guided by purpose and values.
Partner Raj Naik is shortlisted in the “DE&I Champion of the Year in a Legal Role” category, which acknowledges individuals who have made a difference through their vision, dedication and capacity to inspire others.
Partner Siobhan Owers is shortlisted in the “Responsible Leader of the Year” category, which recognises people who are successfully leading diverse, sustainable and purposeful organisations.
These awards serve to showcase exceptional women leaders and practitioners—as well as legal businesses, teams and individuals—that are moving the needle across all the strands of diversity and inclusion, which include disability, LGBT+, mental health and wellbeing, race equality and social mobility.
The awards ceremony will take place on 21 March 2023 at the Marriott Grosvenor Square in London.
