Lynn is a Director and attorney on Fragomen’s U.S. Immigration Consular and Document team with more than 18 years of experience practicing immigration law. As a leader on the Fragomen Consular Practice (FCP) team, Lynn provides individuals and businesses with guidance and advice on all immigrant and nonimmigrant visa types, including waiver options, with a particular focus on complex consular processing matters and immigrant visas filed in the U.S. and at U.S. consulates abroad.

Lynn previously worked at the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she met regularly with high-level government officials to discuss current immigration issues and partnered with government agencies to identify trends and resolve challenges in the U.S. immigration market. The knowledge gained during her tenure at AILA assists Lynn in effectively representing clients with complex immigration histories.

Lynn has spoken frequently on a variety of immigration topics via podcast, webcast and in-person at AILA national and chapter conferences around the globe.
