Jose is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where he counsels clients on all aspects of corporate immigration, with a focus on nonimmigrant visa matters for a high-volume Fortune 100 corporation. He has provided immigration services to clients in a variety of sectors, including finance, technology, healthcare and higher education.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jose practiced corporate immigration law at a large labor and employment firm.
Jose’s pro bono efforts have included assisting an individual seeking asylum after the fall of the coalition-supported Afghan government in August 2021. He has also provided pro bono representation to an individual in a Special Immigrant Juvenile case, as well as asylum applicants seeking relief under the Convention Against Torture Act.
