Karnig is a Manager and U.S. Attorney in Fragomen’s London office, where he practices in all areas of U.S. business immigration law. He focuses on nonimmigrant visas for treaty traders and investors, intracompany transfers and individuals with extraordinary ability. Karnig also handles permanent residency matters based on employer sponsorship or marriage, including for those currently based outside the U.S. Having practiced U.S. immigration law abroad since 2013, Karnig has a strong background in consular matters, including advising on the loss of U.S. nationality and residency, applying for waivers of inadmissibility for individuals with criminal or other inadmissibilities and consular troubleshooting. He assists a wide range of clients including entrepreneurs and small- and medium-sized businesses seeking to expand or transfer key employees to the U.S., as well as U.S. citizens and other individuals based in the UK and the wider EMEA region.

Karnig speaks Armenian and English.
