- Togolese law provides several solutions to help employers of foreign nationals. Requirements, processing times, employment eligibility, and benefits for accompanying family members vary by visa classification.
- Eligible business visitors must apply for an eVisa (single or multiple entry), which applicants are qualified for based on the purpose of the trip. The eVisa is valid for up to 90 days. If a business visitor wishes to extend their stay, they must apply for a residence permit at the Directorate General of National Documentation (DGDN) in Lomé before their eVisa expires.
- Togolese entities that employ foreign workers must be registered with the Commerce Registry (Registre du Commerce et du Credit Mobilier), the Labor Inspection Office (Inspection du Travail), and the Tax Office (Office Togolais des Recettes).
