- Armenia's immigration system provides limited options for employers of foreign nationals. Requirements, processing times, employment eligibility, and benefits for accompanying family members vary by visa classification.
- Armenia is a Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member with Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
- A Visitor Visa can be used for business visits for visa-required foreign nationals, the visa is valid for one year and permits travel up to 120 days (possible extension of 60 days). Visa-exempt foreign nationals can travel up to 180 days per calendar year for business visits.
- For a non-EAEU foreign national to be work authorised they must have a Work Permit and Temporary Residence Permit. EAEU foreign nationals and their family members are work authorisation exempt for the duration of the employment contract.
