If your company is sending employees to Lebanon—Fragomen is here to help. Working closely with our Local Advisors in Lebanon, we provide the immigration strategies and support you need to get your employees on the ground as quickly as possible.

The immigration laws of Lebanon provide many solutions to help employers of foreign nationals.  Requirements, processing times, employment eligibility, and benefits for accompanying family members vary by visa classification.

Business visitors can obtain an Entry Visa, valid from one month to one year, depending on the nationality of the visitor.

Foreign nationals intending to work in Lebanon for over three months must obtain a Work Permit and Residence Permit, valid for one year, renewable one month prior to its expiration date.

Note that passport holders with Israeli stamps will not be able to obtain a visa for Lebanon. Nationals of Australia, Canada, most European countries and the United States may obtain a Single Visa upon arrival at Beirut International Airport without applying through the Embassy.

Detailed Immigration Snapshots, Document Lists and Process Guides are available to clients on request.
