If your company is sending employees to Lebanon—Fragomen is here to help. Working closely with our Local Advisors in Lebanon, we provide the immigration strategies and support you need to get your employees on the ground as quickly as possible.

The immigration laws of Lebanon provide many solutions to help employers of foreign nationals.  Requirements, processing times, employment eligibility, and benefits for accompanying family members vary by visa classification.

Business visitors can obtain a Visit Visa, valid for single or multiple entries, depending on the consular post.  The visa-on-arrival is available to certain nationalities.

Foreign nationals intending to work in Lebanon for over three months must enter on a Work Entry Visa with Ministry of Labor pre-approval and file for a Work Permit and Work Stay (a type of residence permit) post-arrival.

Note that passport holders with Israeli stamps will not be able to obtain a visa for Lebanon. UK nationals may obtain a Single Visa upon arrival at Beirut International Airport without applying through the Embassy.

Detailed Immigration Snapshots, Document Lists and Process Guides are available to clients on request.
